Promotional rate is a fixed rate of 1.99% for the first six months following loan funding. After the six months, qualified borrowers will receive an introductory variable rate of prime minus 2.51% for the remaining six months, subject to a minimum of 2.50%. This results in the APR stated above, but it can change based on prime.
